On March 1st OES staff and students enjoyed Winter Olympic Day. The staff planned 4 fun stations for each class to take part which included the luge run, outdoor soccer, curling/bocce ball, and mini sticks hockey. Then the afternoon ended with a steamy cup of hot chocolate around the campfire. What a fantastic day!! Thank you to all who helped either by organizing and setting up the stations and donating equipment. It was a great way to help celebrate the Winter Olympics. We are now watching the Paralympics. They run from March 9th to the 18th. Students are encouraged to catch highlights or try to watch a few events if they can. GO CANADA GO!!
