Welcome to December Everyone!!
Onanole Elementary School staff wanted to finish off the 2020 school year with a bit of JOY. Hence the “12 Days of Joy” calendar was created. The staff came up with a list of fun activities and projects the students could do each day to spread some Christmas cheer.
As you can see by the 12 Days of Joy Calendar, that was sent home last week, is jam packed with fun activities which started on December 2nd and will run to our last day of classes on Friday, December 18th.
The first week we started on December 2nd with each class decorating their Christmas Door trees and what a mighty fine job they did!! You can see each masterpiece in the gallery below.
December 3rd was wear Wild Attire/School Colors day, and on Friday, December 4th we collected non-perishable food/toys for Christmas Cheer. A big thank you to all the staff and students who brought items for Christmas Cheer. If you missed Friday and would still like to donate, its not too late as we will be collecting non-perishable food items or toys up until Monday, Dec 14th. You can send them in with your child.
Pictures will be added to the gallery weekly so take a look to see how we have been celebrating.
